Poori (Deep fried flour bread)

all purpose flour (unbleached) 2 cups
oil / ghee 2 -3 tbsp
oil for frying 
water for kneading 

in a bowl add flour, salt, oil and knead it and make soft dough

make small balls...

roll each with help of oil, and keep them aside... you can freeze them at this stage

deep fry them in hot oil

turn immediately and cook on other side for few seconds...

don't over cook it, it will make your poori crispier

put on paper towel, cover for a minute and serve
