Andaa Paratha (Egg covered Paratha)


Its an Egg covered paratha.... its a complete combo... paratha and anda together...

flour (ata) 1 cup
salt -to taste
egg 1 for each paratha
water for kneading 
oil for shallow frying

make a soft dough with flour, salt and water


roll them into balls... and keep them in dry flour


roll into shape of paratha


put it on griddle


in other bowl beat egg meanwhile


cook paratha from one side then turn


cook other side completely 



turn


put the beaten egg over cooked side


turn and let it cook for a minute or two...


turn again... make sure eggs are completely cooked


serve... and have paratha and egg together :)
