Sehri time, I always prefer... healthy but quick recipe... you will make it jhat pat and will get ready to concentrate on your prayers...
chicken boneless (leg n thigh) 1 cup
mix veggies 1 cup
potato 1 chopped
tomato 1 chopped
minced garlic 1 tsp
cumin seeds (zeera) 1 tsp
red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
oil 1 - 2 tsp
heat oil, add cumin seeds cook till you start feeling aroma
add chopped tomatoes, cook till they get soft...
add chicken pieces add minced garlic.. cook till chicken start changing its color, add potato, salt, chili flakes.. mix well cover and cook for 5 - 10 minutes or until chicken and potato get tender
add mix veggies... cook on high flame if you have water left in gravy... reduce water
dish out and serve
