Yummy and healthy breakfast or a healthy way to start our fast... you need:
eggs 3
onion chopped 2 tbsp
tomato 1 medium chopped
salt
red chili powder 1/2 - 1 tsp
cheese shredded 2 -3 tbsp
oil 2-3 tbsp for frying
in medium bowl mix together eggs, onion, salt, red chili powder, and tomatoes
in frying pan... add beaten mixture .. and cook till one side get firm
turn and cook on other side till it get cooked and good color
turn again... sprinkle cheese on half cooked circle egg
turn the other side over cheese... turn and cook till you get color
serve with toasted whole wheat bread
