Chicken Bharta


you must have heard and tried so many kind of bhartas' ... today i made this chicken bharta... its easy to make and yummy to have in meal time... and specially recommended for Sehri Time... you will feel full and can easily concentrate more on your prayers :)

you need:

chicken boiled 1 lb
minced garlic 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
red chili flakes 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
fried onion 1 medium 
oil 2 tbsp
coriander chopped 3-4 tbsp for garnishing 

boil chicken with some pepper corns and garlic... shred and then chop finely

i used the hand blender to chop very fine


now heat oil, add garlic


cook till start changing its color add chopped green chilies


add chicken... mix


add salt, red chili flakes and cumin powder


mix well add lemon juice, cook covered just for 2 minutes, so that all spices get along with each other


and done


dish out... sprinkle fried onion all over and chopped coriander

(some how i though i have coriander in my fridge and at the time of serving, there was nothing like that... so mine is without that)


serve with whole wheat paratha
