Pineapple Cream Cake

My sweet friend Sidra aka Siddu had her birthday... but living far from each other doesn't mean we cannot cut the cake together... thanks to technology.... i made this yummy and chilled pineapple cream cake for her virtual birthday... we skype and eat all by our selves... wish you a very Happy birthday one more time.... for this yummy cake all you need:

vanilla sponge cake 1 (
pineapple chunks 1/2 cup
pineapple juice 1/4 cup
cool whip 1 box or whip cream 300 ml with 2 tbsp icing sugar 

take the one piece of baked cake... put it on platter...

moisten it with pineapple juice..

take a big dollop of whipped cream .... spread evenly

now spread pineapple chunks ... cover completely

now put the second sponge of cake over it... moisten it again with pineapple juice... and now completely crumb coat the whole cake... and leave it refrigerated for at least 15 - 20 minutes

(what is crumb coat: crumb coat is thin layer of frosting which covers the entire cake... that actually seal the crumbs to show up.. and final result would be neat)

now cover the cake with more whipped cream... and  decorate your cake as desired... i just give marks

and make rossets and put few pineapple chunks and serve chilled
