Chicken Meatball Curry aka Kofta Curry recipe by morEwish

A tasty yet flavorful recipe of chicken meatballs cooked in Indian gravy and flavored with aromatic spices I am pretty sure I don’t need to “sell” this recipe to you. Meatballs are comfort
food in any cuisine all over the world, right?






Kofta  is a Middle Eastern and South Asian meatball or meatloaf....In the simplest form, koftas consist of balls of minced or ground meat mixed with spices... and I proudly says that this is my Mom's recipe...

For meatballs: 
minced chicken/boneless chicken 1 lb 
onion chopped 4 tbsp
green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
cilantro 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp

yogurt water (usually yogurt release water, so use it)
gram flour (baisan) 1 tbsp (optional)

for gravy:

fried onion 4 - 5 tbsp
yogurt 3/4 - 1 cup
salt 1 tsp
minced garlic 1 tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp 
oil  1/2 cup
garam masala to sprinkle

A delicious chicken meatballs curry made with minced chicken, typical desi spices and steam cooked in a spicy curry.I hope you will try this delicious and aromatic curry. The recipe is so easy to scale up or down to feed as many people as you wish.Serve the curry with plain rice, chapathis or naan.
