Very yummy, full with nutritious and will definitely satisfy your taste buds.... since few years I am away from my family physically... so they all miss these bites... especially in Ramazan... :)
eggs boiled 4
cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
chili sauce 1 tbsp
salt and pepper if required
coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
green chili chopped 1 tsp
samosa pastry sheets
to seal - 1 egg + 2 tbsp flour
first hard boil eggs and chop them coarsely
add in mixing bowl, add cheese, chili sauce, coriander leaves and chilies
mix well and cool it completely
now, shape part.... put two samosa sheet on flat surface... make like Plus + sign
on overlapping squared space add egg mixture
turn one side covering the mixture...
cover the other side and turn ( make sure... mixture would not be peeking from corners)
seal the edges with egg and flour mixture.. and you will get a perfect square
repeat the same process until egg mixture finishes
deep fry them on high heat... each side 30 seconds would be enough... if you fry for more... all cheesy filing will come out... and you will get hollow eggy bite...
take them out on paper towel to adsorb excess oil... serve hot... and enjoy :)
