Chicken Samosa

One more variation of samosa... with chicken mince... my version

chicken mince 2 lbs
onion chopped 1/2 cup
tomato chopped 2 medium
minced garlic 1 tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
salt 1 1/2 tsp (to taste)
red chili powder 1 - 2 tsp (to taste)
coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp
all spice powder 1 tsp
coriander chopped 1/2 cup
green chilies chopped 2 tbsp
samosa pastry sheet
oil 2 tsp
oil for frying

to seal...
egg white 1
flour 2 tbsp

First make mixture... heat 2 tbsp oil... add chopped onion and cook till translucent

add chopped tomatoes.... mix... then add minced meat.... and ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and all spice powder.. cook till water get dries fully

take cooked chicken out in heat proof bowl and let it cool for some time.. then add chopped coriander and green chilies...

mix well and cool completely

now shape and filling part of  samoosa... I actually make two sizes... one normal... and one tiny small size... for tiny one I just cut the normal size sheet in half vertically

just roll as you do the normal ones...

add the filling and seal it with egg white and flour mixture

repeat the same process till filling finishes

now place them on tray in single layer, you can freeze them at this point for future use

pack them in zip lock bag and label them

when serving... take out from freezer and directly deep fry them... and Enjoy :)
