Preparations for Ramadan snacks are in complete with samosas of course! Today I am sharing chicken samosa recipe and detailed method on how to shape samosa. You can make them ahead and freeze them for Ramadan or for snacking with tea!






Not only this, shape samosa in a perfect equilateral triangle, is sometimes a big deal. I am sharing easy way here in my tutorial today on how to shape samosa with easy step by step instructions.

Ingredients:


Chicken mince 2 lbs 
Onion, chopped 1/2 cup
Tomato, chopped 2 medium 
Minced garlic 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp (to taste)
Red chili powder 1 - 2 tsp (to taste)
Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Cilantro, chopped 1/2 cup
Green chilies, chopped 2 tbsp
Samosa pastry sheet
Oil 2 tsp
Oil for frying  

To seal .. Edible glue:

Egg white 1 
Flour 1 - 2 tbsp







Shape and filling part of  samosa... I actually make two sizes... one normal... and one tiny small size... for tiny one I just cut the normal size sheet in half vertically




Just roll as you do the normal ones...






Add the filling and seal it with egg white and flour mixture




Repeat the same process till filling finishes





Now place them on tray in single layer, you can freeze them for future use




Pack them in zip lock bag and label them






When serving... take them out from freezer and directly deep fry them... and Enjoy :)
