After whole day of empty stomach, and after having all those fried items (Yum Yum), we all should add healthy items.... and fruit chat is most appropriate option for that...
now for fruit chat you can use.... any kind of fruit which is available with you... I used
now the spices...
salt a pinch
black pepper 1/2 tsp
sugar 4 tbsp
lemon juice 1 - 2 tbsp
(now, this ratio is for 2 - 2 1/2 cup of fruits- you can adjust according to your taste)
first chop all the fruits... i prefer teeny tiny chunks... at the same time not grated...
add all of them in mixing bowl.... add salt, black pepper, sugar and lemon juice... toss them well
dish out and serve chilled :)
