Another fantastic, chocolaty and yummy flavor... full of nuts and marshmallows and chocolate chips...
cream 2 cups
condense milk 14 oz
vanilla essence 2 tsp
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
semi sweet chocolate 1/2 - 3/4 cup (melted)
mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews) 1/2 cup
white chocolate chips 1/2 cup
semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup
tiny marshmallows 1/2 cup
in medium bowl add condense milk with cocoa powder
mix well and keep it aside
add melted and cooled chocolate
now separately, whip cream with vanilla essence
till soft peaks form
add in the condense milk mixture with light hand... till everything combine well
coarsely chop nuts
add nuts in prepared mixture.... add chocolate chips and marshmallows
pour half mixture in clean air tight box.... drizzle some chocolate syrup
pour remaining half on it
drizzle some more chocolate syrup (this will give you swirl while eating)
keep it in freezer for 6 - 8 hours... or until freezed...
scoop out in serving bowls.... I used Waffle cups... drizzle more chocolate syrup if desired and Enjoy :)
