Chicken Swirls


Chicken Swirls - one more time with different filling... again a super duper hit recipe.... you need:

put pastry sheet 1 
chicken filling 1 cup (this time I used my Chicken Puff filling - http://morewish.blogspot.com/2012/04/chicken-patties-puff-filled-with.html)
egg wash - 1 beaten egg with 2 tbsp water

first make filling and let it cool completely

thaw the pastry.... roll it on floured surface 


brush it with egg wash.... and spread the filling all over


now, start rolling it like a candy or swiss roll


cut 1 inch wide pieces from rolled pastry


put it on lined baking tray... cut side down


brush the top and sides with egg wash


and bake it on 400 F/200 C for 15 - 20 minutes or you get color on top and sides
