No Bake Eclair Cake | Easy Desert from morEwish to you on this Eid

Yummy Copy cat restaurant recipe, graham cracker layered with vanilla pudding and chocolate frosted! Perfect alternate of eclairs when you're serving to a crowd.

Its a Eid present from morEwish family to yours! 

1 box of Graham crackers ( you can use honey too)

Pudding mixture:
3 cups milk
2 boxes french vanilla instant pudding
1 8oz cool whip

6 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla

First make pudding by mixing milk with instant pudding powder until thicken.

Then gradually fold cool whip in it, until combine.

Then place graham crackers in 19x3 inches dish. Spread 1/3 part of prepared pudding.

Then again layer graham crackers and then pudding again.

Doing same thing third time and cover pudding with crackers again.

So, starting from base, 4 layer of graham crackers and 3 layers of pudding will be there.

now, make frosting.

In stand mixer with whip attachment, add cocoa pd, soften butter and oil, mix it for 1 minute.

Then add sifted powdered sugar mix (you will get little snow balls kind )

Add milk, vanilla, and corn syrup, mix until combined.

Spread on your last layer of graham cracker, chill for atleast 12 hours. and

Serve :)
