Anda Khageena (Desi Scrambled eggs) | Our weekend breakfast with paratha...
Weekend and brunches are like peanut butter with jelly! (at least for us). So today I made Anda Khageena and served it with Rawa Maida Paratha and Nutella cupcakes...
So its like desi style scrambled eggs, cooked with onion, tomatoes and seasoned with red chili powder, and green chilies and cilantro..
When I make this for my kids only, i add potatoes and cheddar cheese as well

Eggs - 5/6
Onion (chopped) 3/4 tbsp
