Sooji ka halwa (Semolina Pudding) is famous in Pakistan & India at Sundays with pooris for breakfast or on festivals like Eid. It can also be used as a dessert!

Semolina (Sooji) 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Cardamoms 3/4
Orange color a pinch
Sugar 2 cups
Water 3 cups
Silvered almonds and grated coconut for garnishing
