100th Video!!! Plain Teatime Vanilla Cake Recipe | Cake Tutorial by morEwish





Today Marks the 100th Episode of the Video Series. A huge thank you to everyone from around the globe whohas subscribed to the blog and YouTube … never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined millions of friends would be watching, learning and smiling along as I cook in my little kitchen.





This Best-Ever traditional Pakistani bakery style Butter Cake, pound cake, teatime cake is super moist, easy to make, and this Cake truly is the best. My family and I could not stop eating it.The smell of this takes me back to my childhood... a slice of this at teatime was a real treat






💡 Tip: Sifting flour helps to remove any lumps from the flour, which could affect your baking and also removes any unwanted debris. In addition, sifting helps to combine the flour with any dry ingredients like baking powder, salt or cocoa powder before they are added to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Sugar 1 cup
All purpose flour 1 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Orange food color few drops, optional


💡 Tip: You can check your cake like after about 30 minutes if its darken a little bit then you can cover it with little bit of foil, just tent it lightly

This cake is the lightest, fluffiest and tastiest simple plain vanilla cake ever. This old-fashioned cake has been around for a very long time. It’s a very delicate and moist cake.
If you look over the years, the styles have changed - The icing to the cakes has changed flavors. But if you really look at the cake itself, it’s really the same
