Channa Daal 1 1/2 cups (washed ans soaked for 1 hour)
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Tomatoes chopped 2, medium
Cumin seeds (zeera) 1 tsp
Tumeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder (Lal mirch) 1 tsp
Amchoor (khatai powder) 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp, to taste
Fenugreek leaves (Qasoori Meethi) 1 tsp
Oil 4/5 tbsp
Cilantro, chopped 2/3 tbsp
