You start building your chaat with something cool and creamy but with texture like I do, I arrange my Meethi Dahi Phulki for soft dumplings and sweet creamy yogurt for yummy foundation of chaat. Then I scatter chole, you can add boiled potatoes as well or curried chickpeas works too. Then slather it with chutneys, refreshing Mint or Tamarind chutneys or may be both works wonder. Then add diced tomatoes, onions or maybe cilantro. And top them off with some Homemade papri which I made with Uncooked Tortillas, sprinkle chaat masala - a final way to customize your chaat.
Chaat is a word that describes more than just a set of snacks: It’s a category of food that hits practically every element that makes something craveable—sweet, sour, tangy, spicy, and crunchy. Regardless of what route you choose to take, traditional and from-scratch or an unconventional snack-mix version, there's no wrong way to chaat.
