Vegetable Cutlets


when i was making my vegetable patties, i had some of its filling left... so there you go leftover vegetable filling as yum yum cutlets... i used:

potatoes 2 
peas 1/2 cup
salt 1 tsp
freshly crushed pepper 1/2 tsp
cumin pd 1/2 tsp
egg 1 beaten
bread crumbs for coating
oil for frying

boil potatoes and peas, add salt, black pepper, and cumin pd



mash them... now its totally upto you.. if you want chunks in it... mash coarsely or you can mash them finely


shape them, dip one by one in beaten egg and then roll them in bread crumbs


fry them till golden brown... and serve
