Broast Sauce is sauce usually served with broast in our desi restaurants... so the ingredients are:
1/2 cup yogurt
1 small potatoes boiled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground garlic
1 -2 green chili chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
put all the ingredients in blender and blend for 3-4 minutes till it become a thick sauce..
pour in bowl and serve with any kind of broast
