Updated on March' 2018

This is an easy restaurant style chicken Karhai recipe that is loved by us for its simplicity. You’ll definitely end up impressing your friends and family with this delicious authentic Chicken Karahi recipe! It’s so simple to make and tastes completely authentic! The aromatic spices and herbs used in this curry makes it extra special. And the best part is that it’s super easy!

Basically karhai is wok in English. This curry with typical spices added at different timings and cooked on high flame in wok. But you can cook in any other wide open cooking pot. If you have to fix a quick simple dinner in 30 minutes then make sure you treat yourself with this delicious chicken karahi

I am making this recipe since years now, by adding some secret ingredients including, sugar, combination of black pepper powder and red chili powder, coriander powder, fenugreek leaves and more... 👩‍🍳 The secret (I used this word several times along the whole procedure) but it actually is
in the technique – but it really isn’t complicated at all. Just follow the recipe  and you’ll end up making the tastiest chicken karhai at home!

It’s delicious, it’s spicy, it’s everything you wish it would be! And best compliment I've got when company was over other night and she said she usually go to Sara's Grill (restaurant in our neighborhood) but this one taste better!!! 😍😁
