Chicken Spicy Roast

There are so many kinds of roasts... this is saucy kind which has ketchup and other ready made sauces which makes it yummy and all we need is:

whole chicken (1 kg - 1 1/2 kg) without skin
salt 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
ketchup 2 tbsp
chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
bar-be-Que sauce 2tbsp
rosemerry 1/2 tsp
oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
mustard powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup

First wash the chicken... drain access water and... give chicken deep cuts on both sides

mix with salt, black pepper, mustard powder, oregano leaves, ketchup, chili garlic sauce and bar-b-Que sauce

Give a good massage to chicken... leave it for at least an hour

Heat oil, add marinated chicken only... don't add the left over marination...fry for 3-5 minutes

turn the sides.. and fry each side for 3-5 minutes

Each side will get fried and get a color...

Add the leftover marination... simmer and cover

Cook till chicken get tender... if u find watery gravy left..cook on high flame and reduce the water

 Dish out and pour the left over gravy over it...

Serve it with rice or with mashed potato or baked potato... but this time I served it with garlic rolls...
