Fried Chicken Liver (Tali hoi Kaleeji)

Animal livers are rich in iron and Vitamin A... they are very good for pregnant ladies or anyone has deficiency of iron... there are different methods to cook it... very common and easiest one is this fried one... and its simple too... ingredients i used are:

chicken liver 350 gms (.75 lb)
ginger paste 1/4 tsp
garlic paste 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
crushed red chilies 1 tsp
crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp
oil 1 tbsp
coriander leaves/cilantro chopped 1 tbsp for garnishing
chopped green chilies 1 tsp (optional)

Heat griddle add ginger and garlic paste then add liver (you can use pot as well to cook)

cook till liver changes it color 

Add cumin, chili flakes and black pepper...cook till liver get tender (10 mins)

Add lemon juice, salt, and oil

Cook for few minutes

 Dish out... garnish with cilantro and serve
