Healthy yet yummy sandwich... a great snack... or a nutritious breakfast... all you need is:
egg 1
salt to taste (1/4 tsp)
red pepper (1/4 tsp) to taste
cheese slices 2
oil for frying
bread slices/buns
crack the egg in a bowl add salt and red chili powder... beat well till combine
heat oil in frying pan... add beaten egg mixture cook till egg is done and get some brown color
toast bread slices... this time i used burger buns... put 1 cheese slice on its base
put the cooked egg on bun
then put the other slice on egg, cover with the other grilled piece of bread slice/bun... and serve
