Mango fool مینگو فول Easy Eid dessert recipe by morEwish



Are you looking for make-ahead, light, refreshing dessert which will be a treat to end a summer meal? This Mango Fool serves a purpose.  Fool is actually an English dessert. Traditionally, fruit fool is made by folding pureed stewed fruit into sweet custard. Modern fool recipes skip the traditional custard and use whipped cream.








If you’re looking for a super simple, last minute idea for desserts tonight, this Mango Fool is one of the easiest desserts you could make. Peel, blend, fold = fool. The success of this pudding lies in the ripeness and flavour of the mangoes. I used can of Alphanso Mangoes today, so I skipped sugar, or even if you are using fresh mangoes sugar is optional -you may want to add a little sweetness.

Ingredients: 



1 medium ripe mango coarsely chopped or
(1 cup Mango Pulp)
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp lime juice (1/2 lime) (optional)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
